Questions, answered
When will I be charged, and when does my box arrive?
Payments are collected on the 1st of each month and boxes are posted by the 15th. If you join mid-month, we'll show you at checkout exactly which box will be your first.
Can I pause, skip a month or cancel?
Yes — all from your account, no emails needed. Pause for a holiday, skip a month, or cancel anytime before the 1st.
What ages is it for?
The recipes are written for children to bake alongside a grown-up — most of our tester families baked with children aged 4 to 13.
What about allergies?
Every ingredient supplied in your Family Baking Club box is individually labelled with a full ingredients list, with allergens clearly highlighted in bold.
As the ingredients and allergens vary from box to box, full allergen information for each month's bake will also be available on our website before ordering.
Please be aware that our ingredients are prepared and packed in a kitchen that handles nuts and other allergens. If you or your child has a food allergy or intolerance, please check all ingredient labels carefully before baking.
What do I need at home?
You'll only need a few basic kitchen essentials and the fresh ingredients listed for that month's bake, such as butter or eggs. We provide the pre-measured dry ingredients, and each box includes a baking tool to help build your collection as you bake your way through the year.

🎃 October — Spooktacular Shortbread Cookies
Contains: WHEAT (GLUTEN) and MILK.
May contain: EGG, SOYA and NUTS.
WHEAT (GLUTEN) is present in the plain flour used in the recipe. MILK is present when the recipe is prepared using the required unsalted butter.
The cornflour supplied states that it may contain EGG, MILK and SOYA, and the fondant icing states that it may contain NUTS. The edible paint palette is made in a kitchen that handles nuts and other allergens.
